Northern Lights joint venture partner Shell has said there is a need to grow carbon capture and storage (CCS) projects worldwide at pace.
Speaking at an ONS event — during which Northern Lights announced the world’s first commercial transportation and storage agreement with ammonia producer Yara — Shell chief executive Ben van Beurden said it was hard not to understate the significance of the milestone.
