Energy major Shell has whittled down its list of bidders to three in a tender to build up to five LNG bunker vessels.
Those following the process named Spain’s Grupo Ibaizabal, Germany’s Bernhard Schulte and interests connected to investment manager Tufton Group still in the running for the business.
