Russia’s growing shadow LNG carrier fleet is a new development that is changing the dynamics for the ship sector but it is a well-tested method for other trades, Flex LNG said.
Speaking in a second-quarter results presentation, chief executive Oystein Kalleklev said it is not surprising to see the development of an LNG carrier fleet, but it is a shock that some people did not expect this to happen.
