The billionaire investor told the US Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) today that he owns nearly 21.9 million shares, or about 39.5% of the company.
That is a reduction of nearly 1.41 million shares from the 23.3 million he reported owning roughly a year ago, when he held a 42.1% stake in the London-based owner of 27 gas carriers and 11 newbuildings.
