Another piece of LNG history is being made this week with the delivery of the first LNG carrier newbuilding to be fitted with a low-pressure gas-injection XDF propulsion system.
The 180,000-cbm SK Audace, which is jointly owned by South Korean owner SK Shipping and Japanese trader Marubeni, was named last week at Samsung Heavy Industries and is scheduled to be delivered today.
