Malaysian state energy company Petronas has carried out is first LNG break bulk ship-to-ship (STS) transfer.
The milestone transfer for the company', which was undertaken by subsidiary Petronas LNG and handled by specialist provider LNG STS, was completed on Tuesday in Brunei Bay in east Malaysia.
Cargo produced by Malaysian LNG at its Bintulu plant and loaded on the 152,888-cbm Seri Bijaksana (built 2008).
