Petronas has expanded its LNG supply footprint with a deal to buy US LNG under a 20 year sale and purchase agreement (SPA) with Cheniere Energy Partners.
The Malaysian energy giant has agreed to purchase around 1.1mt per annum (mtpa) of LNG from Sabine Pass Liquefaction on a FOB basis.
