European LNG bunker vessel capacity is being increased with two specialised newbuildings.
Bunker supplier Peninsula announced on Tuesday that its 12,500-cbm newbuilding Levante has undertaken its first operation, supplying Royal Caribbean’s 55,000-gt new cruise ship Silver Nova with LNG off Gibraltar on 4 November.
The vessel arrived at its new home in the Mediterranean at the end of September.
