Two floating regasification units in the newly expanded shipping fleet of New Fortress Energy have been quietly offered on the market for charters as European gas buyers look to FSRUs as an import alternative to Russian pipeline supply.
Details of which vessels are being touted for possible charter are proving elusive but some following the business said the deadline for offers on them closed at the end of March.
