Qatar’s Nakilat has locked away the remaining three of four speculatively ordered LNG carriers on charters to US producer Cheniere Energy.
Brokers said the 173,400-cbm ME-GI LNG carrier Global Energy (built 2020) – which is held by Nakilat's Global Shipping joint venture with Maran Gas Maritime — was fixed to Cheniere starting in a charter that starts in April.
