Japanese shipowner MOL has signed a charter contract for an LNG carrier with Indian gas importer Gail (India).
Company president Junichiro Ikeda said a wholly owned subsidiary of MOL has sealed a short-term deal - its first with Gail.
MOL did not disclose the size of the vessel or when the contract is expected to start.
