Malaysia's MISC Berhad took delivery of the 150,200-cbm Moss-Type Seri-C Class LNG carrier Seri Cempaka at Hyundai Heavy Industries yesterday.
The handover occurred as the vessel was officially named by Datin Teo Yin Hui, the wife of MISC parent Petronas's executive vice president and group CFO Datuk George Ratilal.
The vessel is the third in a five-ship series that feature four spherical tanks that are shielded by a continuous cover, allowing them to operate in harsh environments.
