Maria Angelicoussis-led Maran Gas Maritime has exercised options for two LNG carrier newbuildings at Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering.
The South Korean shipbuilder said it will build two 174,000-cbm vessels for Maran Gas for delivery in the second half of 2025.
They will be fitted with ME-GI propulsion and re-liquefaction systems.
