Kumiai Senpaku of Japan is expanding its fleet with a dual-fuel LPG carrier newbuilding.
The Tokyo-based shipowning company said it has signed up for a single 5,000-cbm gas carrier at a shipyard in China.
“This newbuilding will be the first of its kind,” chief operating officer Rajeeva Krishna said.
