Privately-owned Klaveness Marine is expanding its co-operation with Knutsen OAS Shipping in the LNG segment.
The company has taken a 42% stake in a 174,000-cbm vessel that Knutsen has on order at Hyundai Samho Heavy Industries in South Korea.
Klaveness Marine chief executive Jon Christian Syvertsen is taking an additional 8% in the vessel through his company Adrian & Co, leaving Knutsen with the remaining 50%.
