Japan has moved a step closer to having its first LNG bunker vessel (LNGBV) in operation after the ship was launched at Kawasaki Heavy Industries (KHI).
The vessel is due to be delivered from KHI’s Sakaide Works at the end of September and will be based at JERA’s Kawagoe Thermal Power Station.
