Trading house Gunvor has been named as the charterer of Hoegh LNG's floating storage and regasification unit Hoegh Gallant (built 2014).
A spokesman for Hoegh confirmed to TradeWinds that the FSRU has been chartered to Clearlake Shipping, a subsidiary of the Swiss-based trader.
A rate has yet to emerge and it is unclear as to whether Gunvor intends to use the FSRU as a trading vessel or make use of regas capabilities.
