Its Yeongdo Shipyard will build the 38,000-cbm vessels for an unnamed South-east Asian operator, according to the Asiasis website.
The eco-ships will also be able to carry ammonia.
The contract is worth $105m.
The deal is the first listed at the Korean yard since CMB ordered two containerships in November.
