Indian LNG player H-Energy has made an agreement with a provider for what looks set to be India’s first floating storage and regasification unit (FSRU).
The company, which is an arm of Mumbai real-estate Hiranandani Group, will charter in the 145,130-cbm GDF Suez Cape Ann (built 2009) for its project at Jaigarh Port in Maharashtra state on India’s west coast, CEO Darshan Hiranandani confirmed this week.
