A floating storage and regasification unit (FSRU) chartered by India’s H-Energy has arrived at its new base in Jaigarh Port on the country’s west coast.
The FSRU GDF Suez Cape Ann (built 2009) will serve as the regas unit for Hiranandani Group-controlled H-Energy’s, new terminal in Maharashtra state.
Chief minister for the state Devendra Fadnavis inaugurated the facility today.
H-Energy said the terminal will be operational by the end of this year.
