Golar LNG could sell all its shares in affiliate Golar LNG Partners.
Friday, Golar LNG Partners filed documents with the Securities and Exchange Commission registering more than 21.2 million shares owned by Golar LNG for sale "from time to time". The shares represent just over 30% of all outstanding Golar LNG Partners shares.
The filing does not mean Golar LNG will sell some, or any, of the shares or that a complete sell-off is imminent.
