A first shipment from Russia’s newly inaugurated Yamal LNG project is expected to arrive at the UK’s Grain LNG terminal towards the end of this month.
Sovcomflot (SCF Group)’s 172,600-cbm Arc7 newbuilding Christophe de Margerie is scheduled to berth at the terminal on 28 December or slightly earlier.
The vessel, which was loaded in a historic ceremony attended by Russia’s president Vladimir Putin on Friday, lifted a cargo for the trading arm of Malaysia’s Petronas.
