A first LNG cargo is scheduled to arrive in weeks at joint venture KARMOL’s newly installed floating storage and regasification unit (FSRU) off Senegal in West Africa after a delay of more than six months.
Sources following the KARMOL — a Mitsui OSK Lines and Karpowership joint-venture — project said the 125,000-cbm KARMOL LNGT Powership Africa (ex-Dwiputra, built 1994) has started the gassing-up process.
