Following the closure of the subscription period on 10 July it will now issue 22.2m shares at the offering price of $2.25 per share.
Clarksons Platou Securities was the manager for the private placement which will increase Epic's outstanding shares to around 52m.
At the time of the offering's announcement Epic said the private placement would be fully subscribed by affiliates of Jefferies Capital Partners, DVB Shipping and Intermodal Investment Management Fund II.
