EDF, the French energy company, and Total have divested their stakes in one of Europe’s largest LNG terminals – Dunkerque LNG.
Belgian gas infrastructure company Fluxys, which already owns 25% of the terminal, has agreed to jointly acquire from EDF and Total a 35.76% stake.
The Brussels-based company has made the investment alongside consortium partners AXA Investment Managers and Credit Agricole Assurances.
