New York-listed Dynagas LNG Partners has forged a new time charter with Equinor for an ice-class LNG carrier that the Norwegian energy giant has had on hire for the past decade.
The LNG carrier owner said Equinor has penned a three-year deal with Equinor on the 155,000-cbm Arctic Aurora (built 2013).
Tony Lauritzen-led Dynagas expects to make about $116m in revenue off the charter, which is scheduled to begin in September 2023 and will immediately follow a two-year Equinor charter that earned about $43m in revenue.
