A first LNG bunkering has been carried out in the port of Dubai, with bunker supplier Monjasa’s new vessel supplying volumes to a Costa Cruises ship.
Costa Cruises said the three bunker tanks on its flagship Costa Smeralda were supplied with around 3,000 cbm of LNG by the 5,000-cbm Green Zeebrugge (built 2017).
