Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering (DSME) has secured a newbuilding order for a single LNG carrier, it confirmed Tuesday.
The South Korean shipbuilder said the vessel will be delivered in the second half of 2021. The identity of the counterparty was not disclosed.
This latest order lifts DSME LNG tally for 2019 to five ships, with the four others all ordered by Greek shipping tycoon John Angelicoussis.
