Eastern Pacific Shipping-led Cool Company (CoolCo) has applied for a direct listing on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).
The company said it has filed a registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
CoolCo, which is already listed on the Euronext Growth Oslo, plans to list on the NYSE under the ticker ‘CLCO’ from 15 March 2023.
