Spain's Cobas Asset Management has built another major position in a shipowner as it continues a push into shipping.
Norway's Hoegh LNG Holdings said on Wednesday that the fund's holding had reached 10.44%, without saying who had sold the stock.
The 8.07m shares are worth NOK 288 ($148m) at the current price of NOK 35.70 in Oslo.
The deal makes Madrid-based Cobas the second biggest shareholder behind Leif Hoegh with 47.7%,
