Celsius Shipping is being linked to an order for three LNG carrier newbuildings priced at about $193m each at Samsung Heavy Industries.
The shipbuilder said on Monday that it had won a KRW 654.5bn ($579m) contract to deliver three LNG carriers to an unnamed company.
The price on these ships is well below the current levels of over $200m being quoted for LNG newbuildings.
