Greece’s Capital Gas has fixed out two more of its speculatively ordered LNG carrier newbuildings, after locking away a first to BP in April, and extended its newbuilding position.
Brokers said BP has snapped up another pair of newbuildings from the Evangelos Marinakis-controlled outfit to bring its Capital Gas-chartered ship tally to three.
The newbuildings are understood to have been fixed to BP for periods of at least seven years, with the option to extend the hire to 12 years.
