Evangelos Marinakis’ US-listed shipowning company has completed its corporate conversion and name change from Capital Product Partners to Capital Clean Energy Carriers, as it shifts focus to become an LNG and energy transition-focused business.
The company said on Monday that it has moved from a Marshall Islands limited partnership to a corporation named Capital Clean Energy Carriers, which will trade on the Nasdaq stock market under the ticker CCEC.
