BW LPG has sold one of its oldest ships for demolition, its chief executive confirms.
Oslo-listed BW LPG has sold the 57,000-cbm gas carrier BW Helios (built 1992) for $420 per ldt or $6.8m.
The ship, which has been in the BW fleet since it was delivered from UK-based Govan shipyard, is being scrapped in India.
