It said after careful deliberation, it has elected not to exercise the option granted from a subsidiary of BW Group, to acquire 6m shares in Dorian LPG.
BW Group subsidiary BW Euroholdings bought the shares from Scorpio in late July for $15.34 per share or $92m in total.
However, since then Dorian LPG shares have declined and ended the trading day on Thursday at $12.43
