BW LPG looks set to complete a takeover of Aurora LPG after raising its offer for the company.
An improved bid was revealed this morning and has the backing of some major Aurora investors and the board.
BW had been looking to pay NOK 12.30 per share, but following negotiations between the companies a higher price of NOK 13.55 per share has been set.
