VLGC owner BW LPG wants investment banker Sanjiv Misra on its board as it pushes ahead with its US listing plan.
Misra, born in 1960, is chairman of Clifford Capital Holdings and Bayfront Infrastructure Management.
He has been put up for election as a director at a special general meeting on 14 February.
