Turkish state-owned energy company Botas is expected to declare a purchase option on a floating storage and regasification unit it has been chartering from India’s Swan LNG.
On Wednesday parent Swan Energy said in a regulatory filing that it plans to sell a stake in one of its LNG terminals to Botas for $399m.
Botas has been contacted for confirmation and comment.
