Boston Carriers is looking to enter the LPG sector and is already running the rule over an Italian LPG storage company as a first step.
The OTC-listed shipowner said it has entered into an exclusivity agreement with Nuova, which owns the largest LPG storage terminal in northern Italy.
The agreement provides six months for the acquisition of Nuova and all its assets and liabilities including but not limited to the storage facility in Italy as well as all its business, licenses and trademarks.
