Shipowner Somtrans is closing in on an order for a single LNG bunker vessel newbuilding in China.
Brokers said the Belgian-based company is in the process of ordering a 20,000-cbm LNGBV at China’s Nantong CIMC Sinopacific Offshore & Engineering.
If confirmed this would be the largest vessel yet for the shipowner.
