Awilco LNG is facing the future with confidence after fixing its two ships at better rates in what it sees as enduringly positive markets.
Chief executive Jon Skule Storheill said the 153,000-cbm WilPride and WilForce (both built 2013), and both with tri-fuel, diesel-electric (TFDE) propulsion, were booked at an average of just below $80,000 per day through to the first quarter of 2022.
