Avenir LNG and Keppel Corp have ditched plans for two small-scale LNG vessels to be built in China.
Avenir LNG – backed by Stolt-Nielsen, Golar LNG and Hoegh LNG – has wasted no time in replacing the ships with a fresh deal at a rival yard.
Avenir LNG – backed by Stolt-Nielsen, Golar LNG and Hoegh LNG – booked the two 7,500-cbm ships last October at a price of SGD 105m ($76m).
