Astrup Fearnley and Torgersen sell Awilco LNG shares

Astrup Fearnley has sold off a package of shares in Awilco LNG at the same time as one of its directors Jon-Aksel Torgersen has reduced his holding.

Fearnleys has cashed in 700,000 shares at NOK 7.40 each, according to a statement issued today.

Its NOK 5.18m ($617,200) sale came as Torgersen, the chief executive of Astrup Fearnley, offloaded 500,000 shares at the same price.
