Astomos Energy Corp has agreed in principal to a deal with Inpex Corp relating to sales of LPG from the Inpex-operated Ichthys LNG Project.
The two parties will negotiate detailed terms for the LPG on a free-on-board basis with the aim of signing a legally binding sales and purchase agreement.
Inpex says the project is expected to produce 1.6mt of LPG per annum.
