Avance Gas chief executive Oystein Kalleklev has exercised stock options and sold his shares in the former shipowner for more than $2m.
He held 150,000 share options with an original strike price of NOK 52.50 (now $4.71) from 2022.
However, after several dividend payments, the strike price was a negative NOK 56.61.
