Avance Gas is not aiming to hold on to what will be the second-biggest stake in rival BW LPG.
The John Fredriksen-controlled shipping company will pocket about $333m of shares in the Singapore player as part of a deal that saw it agree to sell its 12 VLGCs for $1.05bn.
