Greek shipping finance consultancy XRTC Business Consultants has renewed its cooperation agreement with the China Development Bank (CDB).
Piraeus-based XRTC has been a preferred shipping finance consultant for the Chinese lender since 2012. This is the second time that the two partners have rolled over their two-year cooperation agreement.
“The low market may not have allowed Greek shipping to expand Chinese shipping portfolios in recent years, but it has equipped Chinese banking with experience and a strong will to safely develop the industry”, XRTC boss George Xiradakis said after sealing the agreement with Xin Liu, general manager of CDB’s Ningbo Branch.
