Scorpio Bulkers has received the necessary shareholder approval to change its name to Eneti Inc, and will begin trading under ticker symbol NETI on Monday.
While it still has a dozen bulkers for now, the move draws down the curtain on a massive investment in the dry bulk market beginning with its initial public offering in December 2013, but ultimately a strategy that never quite worked out.
