Team Tankers International has given chief executive Hans Feringa a chunk of shares as part of a September 2015 award.
The Oslo-listed chemical tanker owner said today that he received nearly 283,000 shares.
At today’s price, the shares are worth NOK 3.68m ($442,000).
The stock is part of a grant of 2.36 million in restricted shares that Feringa was awarded a year ago when he joined Team Tankers from rival Stolt-Nielsen.
