AP Moller-Maersk’s chief financial, strategic and transformation officer is leaving the company mid way through a major overhaul.
The departure of Jakob Stausholm was announced this morning at a time it is accelerating its transformation from a conglomerate into “ the global integrator of container logistics”.
Shares fall on departure
Shares in Copenhagen-listed Maersk fell to the lowest level since 2016 on increased volumes in the wake of today's announcement, with the stock down over 4% by 10:30 in the Danish capital.
